How Long Have You Been in Business?
Norralco and its affiliated companies have been in business since 2001.
Are You Licensed?
Yes, we are registered with the FDA, and our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and its European and British counterparts. Our manufacturing facilities are also ISO certified.
How Are You Different From Other Companies?
While some companies may have cheaper pricing than us this comes at a cost. Often, those companies sacrifice quality to reduce the pricing of their items. One way this can be seen is by comparing the sharp corners of their items with the rounded corners of our items. By sacrificing quality, many offerings from those companies in fact jeopardize the safety of patients and the success of a procedure, as well as increasing costs since they have a shorter lifespan. At Norralco however, we ensure that every instrument leaving our fulfillment facility conforms to our strict specifications, ensuring a premium, reliable product with a long lifespan. We are able to offer better pricing than other premium instruments retailers by utilizing cutting edge technology, such as CAD and 3D printing, during manufacturing which are cheaper and more accurate than manually performing certain tasks.

Where Do You Source Your Instruments?
Our instruments are produced in certified manufacturing facilities around the world including in: Germany and Pakistan (Disposable instruments).
What Materials Do You Use in Your Instruments?
Most of our instruments are made from 400 series German Stainless Steel, some items may contain Tungsten Carbide, Titanium, Silver, or Chrome.
Can You Create Custom Instruments?
Yes, our team can work to create any instrument that fits your exact requirements. Please contact us to discuss. Please keep in mind, it make require 60-90 business days for custom instruments to be delivered to you.

Do Your Instruments Carry a Warranty?
Yes our reusable instruments carry a lifetime warranty. Our disposable instruments carry a warranty for sterility.
Shipping and Returns
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
All orders placed before 3 PM ET are shipped the same day, other than sets. All orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day. Please allow up to 5 business days to ship sets. Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 2 weeks, if you ordered in the US. If you are overseas, please allow up to 30 business days for delivery in most cases. Expedited shipping methods are also available for purchase. Please use the tracking information provided to track your order with the courier.
What Shipping Couriers Do You Use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Overseas orders may be delivered by your country’s postal service.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please refer to our returns policy page.
